The 4th Annual Women in Data Science (WiDS) Datathon is now open on Kaggle, and the competition has begun! This annual datathon encourages women to hone their skills through a  data science challenge focused on social impact. Register now to take the challenge.

The 2021 Women in Data Science Datathon has started! The Datathon is open until March 1st, just prior to the yearly Women in Data Science Worldwide Conference.

The Datathon this year is focusing on Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Patient Data and Chronic Conditions, specifically diabetes. The goal is to create models to classify whether patients have been diagnosed with a certain type of diabetes.

The Datathon is open to all, but teams must comprise of at least 50% women. A total of $12,000 in value is up for grabs, along with others awards and recognition.
