Description: Leah Nagel, Jr. Specialist for the Center for Watershed Sciences, will lead participants in an introduction to R for spatial data.

Learning Objectives – by the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
• Work with common spatial packages
• Load spatial data into R
• Perform a few common spatial analysis methods

Prerequisites: A introductory understanding of R for non-spatial data is required for this workshop.
Software: Please install R and R studio.
